Exactly one year ago , a heart shattering news was disclosed on the national television about the death of an actor "Sushant Singh Rajput" . A fusillade of questions were shot by the entire globe regarding the demise of superstar and that too at a time when he was at the zenith of his career.

When public nosedive and overhauled this entire picture of suicide  , an umbilical cord surfaced that depicted the relation between his death and the powerful force of nepotism

Well here in this article we won't discuss about SsR death , let the higher authorities decrypt this cryptic case . The discussion here hovers around a highfalutin word that has been arrested by our eardrums countless number of times and especially after the death of SSR

So what exactly is nepotism? Well in a lucid manner , nepotism can be quoted as a scenario where the rich and powerful make use of their influential muscles of money to provide undue advantage for their family members and friends. What this world needs to understand is the fact that nepotism doesn't trammels itself to the sphere of bollywood, it is a ubiquitous thing yet most of times our mind failed to decipher it because that field or occupation does not receives that extravagant exaggeration as compared to bollywood. A politician will always hand over his political seat to his offsprings irrespective of the fact whether they are capable of leading the party or not , principles preaching impartiality and unbiased attitude becomes a inconsequential thing in front of the affection being emanated for his flesh and blood. The best example to encrust this statement is about shivsena in Maharashtra where raj thackrey though was a more worthy leader as compared to uddhav and yet bala shahab selected the later one as the flag bearer of the party , because he was his own flesh and blood while Raj being an extended kin 

Similarly a Ceo will always hand over his seat to his children or someone from his bloodline without comprehending the capabilities of other relevant candidates , a jeweller will always pass his seat to his offspring even if he is a threat to that buisness , the unrelenting affection for his offspring make him blind about the danger that will get unfolded in future. Even at our individual level we are asking for reference from our friends to enter the corporate world thereby engulfing the chances of a candidate who was far more deserving than us , yet we fail to comprehend this situation because our soul takes a backfoot on a moral scale because it is well-versed with the fact that this undue advantage will unlock the door of our prosperous future

Therefore it is trivial to comment over nepotism being good or bad , no matter how much abrasive it is we have to accept the fact that nepotism is a human tendency that cannot be expunged from their personality because no matter what moral ground you stick to , love and devotion towards your friends and family will always make you jump bridges for ensuring their well being .  We need to understand that Nepotism was never a repugnant thing but simply a corollary of complex web of emotions making us to infract our own principles some times , however nepotism when mixed with jealousy and rancourness becomes pernicious, this blend was responsible for the death of the late actor SSR. The problem arises when we can't stand the fact that someone inferior than us in every sense has suddenly surpassed our status while we are still stucked in the eclipse of stagnation. Such inhumane feelings compel you to get indulged in derogatory deeds for ensuring depredation of that person. 

So should we jump out of our skins while facing Nepotism? The answer is no , though it is inevitable that the product of nepotism will receive an upper edge in the race , but there is no force that can guarantee his sustainability during that entire marathon . All these cajolery, persuasion, nepotism might provide you some undue advantage but then there ambit is limited after a certain point of time you are all by your own carving your own niche , the ceo might pass on the leash of his business to his  incompetent child , but sooner or later the complacency and incompetency of his child will be detrimental to his buisness followed by extermination of his age old buisness league , star kids might be in a better position than the strugglers but if they failed to make a mark sooner or later their career will become fugacious.

We live in the world of 21st century that is swamped with media and it's siblings  responsible for making this planet a very receptive place , receptive to talent that reinvigorate the quotation " perform and appear, fail and disappear" so tighten up you shoes because we have a long journey to cover where we will come across these products of nepotism, we learn from these experiences, we adapt , we survive and then we thrive" . As a devout liberal no matter how much I hate to accept the fact that if the future of the country was shaped by nepotism, then the legacy of Gandhi's family wouldn't have ended with Rahul Gandhi being the Invictus Prime minister in perpetuity"
